TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING AND SERVICE

1. Identification of the Owner This website is owned by Itziar Gomez Muñoz , with contact email address lilitztattoo@gmail.com .

2. Purpose These terms and conditions govern the booking and provision of tattoo services, illustration design (flash and custom), and the sale of products or vouchers through the website. Making a booking or purchasing a service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Physical Condition and Health Requirements For safety and hygiene reasons, the service will be refused to pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those with symptoms of infectious diseases, or those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or suffering from a severe hangover. In these cases, the professional reserves the right to refuse the session, and the client will forfeit the deposit paid.

4. Booking and Deposit Process

  • Booking fee: To schedule an appointment, a deposit of €30 is required for flash designs and €50 for custom designs . Each booking is for one tattoo only.

  • Nature of the deposit: The reservation fee is deducted from the final price of the tattoo on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of voluntary cancellation by the client.

  • Flash and Custom Designs: Flash designs are exclusive, one-time-use pieces. In the case of custom designs , the reservation serves as an agreement to begin the preliminary illustration work.

5. Punctuality, Changes and Cancellations Policy

  • Punctuality: A maximum grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Longer delays or no-shows may result in a €30 penalty or cancellation of the appointment with loss of the booking.

  • Date change: This must be requested at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled appointment and incurs a €10 administration fee. Notifications made outside of this period will result in the automatic loss of the deposit.

  • Design change: Modifying a previously reserved design implies the loss of the initial reservation and the need to pay a new deposit.

6. Rates and Payment Method

  • Minimum price: The minimum starting price for any tattoo service is €100. The final price will depend on the size, body location, use of color, and level of customization of the piece.

  • Settlement: The remaining amount of the agreed fee will be paid on the day of the appointment at the studio.

7. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal will not apply to the customer when the service has been fully executed or when it concerns the provision of goods or services made according to the consumer’s specifications (custom designs) or related to services with a specific date or period of execution.

8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights to the illustrations, sketches, and designs ( flash or custom ) belong exclusively to the author. The tattoo contract only grants the right to reproduce the design on the client’s skin, without implying the transfer of rights to exploit or commercialize the images.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or those legally determined by current procedural regulations.
